NIH (National Institutes of Health) Revises Treatment Guidelines for Ivermectin for the Treatment of COVID-19

One week after Dr. Paul Marik and Dr. Pierre Kory – founding members of the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) – along with Dr. Andrew Hill, researcher and consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO), presented their data before the NIH Treatment Guidelines Panel, the NIH has upgraded their recommendation and now considers Ivermectin an option for use in COVID-19.

Nervous TikTok

Last autumn, President Trump’s executive order about TikTok shook the social media. The popular app, the order claimed, posed a “threat” to national security, foreign policy, even the American economy.

But the U.S. isn’t the only place that’s had it out for TikTok. Last June, the Indian government banned TikTok. Just one month later, TikTok disappeared from app stores in Hong Kong. Man makes last-ditch effort to recover $280 million in bitcoin he accidentally threw out

A British man who accidentally threw out a hard drive with a trove of bitcoin on it is once again urging local city officials to let him search for it in a landfill site.

James Howells, a 35-year-old IT engineer from Newport, Wales, said he discarded the device while clearing out his home in 2013. He claims he had two identical laptop hard drives, and that he mistakenly put the one containing the cryptographic “private key” needed to access and spend his bitcoins in the trash.

“When the time comes to raise interest rates, we’ll certainly do that, and that time, by the way, is no time soon,” the central bank chief said Thursday during a Q&A session presented by Princeton University

The Bees Go To California (Classic)

Every spring convoys of trucks arrive in the almond orchards of central California. They are carrying bees. Millions of them.

4 Major Asian Nations Cancel 80% of Planned Coal Power Projects After Fossil Fuel Market Crashes in 2020

Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and the Philippines have canceled nearly 45 gigawatts of proposed coal power projects, a figure equal to more than one-quarter of the total installed capacity of Germany.

These are four critical emerging markets that were targeted for growth by the struggling coal industry, but a mixture of pandemic and financing-related problems caused them to pivot toward considering more cost-effective and environmentally-sound alternatives.
