Trump is now backed his administration into a corner with respect to Syria. If there’s another poison gas attack, he’s promised to escalate the bombing of Syria.
Everything that I feared might happen under a Clinton presidency (and I still think probably would have anyways) is now happening under a Trump administration.
Let me be perfectly clear, bombing Syria risks a direct confrontation with Russia. If that happens all bets are off, and anything could happen next up to and including a nuclear exchange.
